**Return and Cancellation Policy**
**Right of Withdrawal (for EU customers)**
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item in your order, including weekends and public holidays.
How to submit a return or cancellation request
Log in to your account at https://account.gletanails.com, go to the "Orders" section, and select the relevant order. You will find the option to submit a return or cancellation request there. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request has been submitted.

Returning items
After submitting your return request, please send the item(s) back within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Refunds
We will refund the cost of the item(s) and the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or clearly personalised items.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
